Certificates, letter, and photograph of Froehlke, a Marshfield, Wis. native, who was an infantry captain during World War II and served as the Secretary of the Army during the Nixon administration. There are two humorous certificates received as thanks for public speaking and one for supporting the Ohio ROTC. Photographs associated with this collection seem to be public relations images showing Froehlke with various foreign dignitaries, Pentagon officials, and visiting Army bases. There is also a copy of the "Logistician's Creed" setting goals for the conduct of logistics workers. Photographs associated with this collection seem to be public relations images showing Froehlke with various foreign dignitaries, visiting Army bases, and receiving a black beret from the Rangers. The negatives depict plaques received by Froehlke from the Army Rangers.
